Holiday Makeup Series: Berry Christmas

Hey Beauties,
So I know I've been on another hiatus. The life of a blogger is so complex and sometimes it is hard to keep up. To be honest, I haven't been going out a lot since the new semester started. But now since I'm all done I felt inspired to create. So I created this makeup look that could be worn either for the holiday season or just out for a not on the town. It can also be worn as an everyday makeup look if your BOLD enough. ;) But if you would like to see how I created this "Have a Berry Christmas" makeup look, just keep on reading.

Mini Drugstore Haul!!!!!

Hey Beauties,

I've been having an urge to try some new makeup products. So the other night I took a late night trip to Walgreens to browse and shop. I wanted to try trending cosmetics to see if the hype was real....lls. As much as I love fashion, this year I have really indulged more in beauty and makeup. I love all aspects of being a woman, getting dressed up and definitely BEATING MY FOR THE GODS!!!! Here's the items that purchased and I also created a look using most of these products. Enjoy!!!!

1. Milani Gel Eyeshadows $3.99 each

(There's 30 eyeshadows, I only purchased 5. Purple and blue are my favorite colors so I had to get these first. I will be going back to purchase more)

2. Black Radiance Pressed Powder- Mocha $4.99

(Love these pressed powders; I was using the shade Chocolate but it was kind of to light for me. This is the next shade darker and it's a flawless match)

3. Maybelline Dream Wonder Fluid-Touch Foundation- 95 Coconut $10.99 sale $6.59

(This is the darkest shade, I feel it might be a little too light for me. It did give me light-medium coverage and also felt lightweight on my skin. This foundation has a loose consistency but sets matte into the skin)

Yes the hype is real. These eyeshadows are soooo pigmented, I love them. I tried these shadows dry like I said crazy pigmentation; when wet HUNNI they are everything!!!

Merry Christmas!!!!

Hey Dolls,
Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year. I love all the decorated houses, the Christmas corals, and all the Christmas movies. Today I had to run out to do a little last minute Christmas shopping. I wanted to look very festive so I wore this Christmas cardigan that I found while rummaging through my mom's closet. Flawless Face Friday!!!!

So by the title of this post you should already know that this will not be a style story. I wanted to bring something new to you ladies, which is a "Flawless Face" makeup story. So as much as I love fashion, I equally love playing in my makeup.
